How It Works

A complete timeline breakdown of how to connect and submit your pages to Google's Search Console Indexing API.

1

Create Account

Sign up with your credentials (name, email, password). Answer the mathematical captcha to prevent automated bot registrations.

2

Wait for Admin Approval

New registrations are placed in a 'Pending' status. This prevents spam. The administrator will review and activate your account.

3

Login to Dashboard

Once approved, sign in to your dashboard console. You'll gain access to properties listing panels and submission charts.

4

Upload Service Account JSON

Create a Google Service Account in your Google Cloud Console, download the credential JSON file, and securely upload it to Windex.

5

Add Search Console Property

Add your website property domain or prefix URL (e.g. https://example.com/) to match your verified Google Search Console profiles.

6

Verify Property

Trigger a verification check. Windex calls Google's API to confirm that your uploaded Service Account has owner or member permissions.

7

Submit URLs

Paste URLs singly or in bulk (one per line), or drag and drop a TXT or CSV file. URLs are immediately added to the priority indexing queue.

8

Monitor Submission History

View response HTTP codes and details returned by Google. Filter, query, and export logs to CSV, Excel, or PDF layouts.
